Stay Healthy Smoothie

A delicious smoothie recipe have been posted by AZMama on the Prevention.com website. It is based on strawberries, bananas and yogurt, and looks really tasty!
The recipe is as follows:
- 1/2 cup vanilla or plain yogurt
- handful or two of frozen strawberries
- 1 small frozen banana
- 1/2 cup of brewed green tea, cooled
- 1 Tbs flax seed oil
